From November 6 to 10, 2024, Mecmar will be a key participant at EIMA International, the prestigious exhibition dedicated to agricultural mechanization, held annually in Bologna.
Our team will be present at Hall 30, Stand B/10, where we will showcase a new series of grain dryers, the result of decades of experience, technology, and innovation.
For years, we have been dedicated to the production of soybean coolers, and more recently, we have expanded our offering with recirculating dryers based on mixed-flow technology. Today, our commitment to innovation has led us to develop a new series of cutting-edge machines.
Mixed-flow dryer: completing our range
Mecmar has always been committed to offering advanced solutions to meet the needs of modern agriculture. The mixed-flow technology, which we have been using for around 10 years in our soybean coolers, has been continuously refined and improved, ensuring ever-higher performance.
In 2020, the introduction of the mixed-flow dryer for soybeans confirmed the robustness of our design and calculation foundations, further consolidating our technological expertise.
After four years of operation without maintenance interventions and the installation of a new continuous-cycle dryer in 2024, we are confident in offering a new line of high-performance dryers designed to meet the increasingly sophisticated needs of our customers.
The new range consists of the fixed recirculating dryers of the MB series and the fixed continuous-cycle dryers with cooling recovery of the MC series: two highly efficient solutions designed to optimize drying quality and agricultural productivity.
The MB series dryers are the mixed-flow variant of mobile grain dryers: they operate on a batch cycle and can dry between 20 and 200 tons of grain per day. These dryers are ideal for those managing small batches of grain daily, offering maximum flexibility. They allow up to three different types of grain to be dried in a single day, adapting quickly to diverse production needs.
Thanks to a product recirculation system, the grain is loaded at the top of the drying column and, after drying, is cooled before discharge.
The MC series, on the other hand, is designed for those needing high production, with the capacity to dry from 200 to 2000 tons of grain per day.
For those already familiar with our tower dryers (RT, RM, and RG series), the MC series operates on a continuous cycle system and utilizes cooling recovery: after reducing the moisture content of the grain, cold air passes through it in the final phase, ensuring uniform and immediate cooling before discharge.
With the option of insulation and optimized geometry of the drying louvers, the mixed-flow dryers ensure uniform drying. The advanced design optimizes airflow and minimizes obstructions to product movement, ensuring efficiency and superior performance.
